The Copper Coil is the load of Medium Frequency Power Source, it made by square copper
with wall thickness of 3-5 mm

1.induction coil leakage, which may cause ignition coils, must be promptly welding to run.
2. molten steel sticking on induction coil, if steel slag is hot, redness, can cause copper burn, must be promptly cleaned.
3.Induction coils short circuit, such failure are particularly vulnerable in the small medium frequency induction furnace.
   because the furnace is small,Under hot force,the coil is deformation and cause short circuit fault. Trouble appears
   as large circuit, higher operating frequency than the normal time.
