3.Mechanical Design of 508X12mm Induction Pipe Bending Machine:
a.The pushing board and the cylinder fasten board adopt 25mm A3 steel plate to weld and then process by machine tool.
b.Pushing plate and under-frame cooperate with the sliding plate structure.
c.Platform clamping system adopts low speed high torque hydraulic motor, mobilizing the screw to drive the clamping roll wheel, let the raw materials locked in the platform center.
d.Clamp and rocker arm design, adopt center rocker arm structure, clamp head, rocker arm design strength can meet the pushing system bend reaction force, no deformation, can keep the quality of bending. Main arm run by hydraulic motor with throttle control. Clamp head up, down and locking by hydraulic oil cylinder.
