1 Hydraulic induction bending machine working pump station is made of 31.5MPa plunger pump,max system pressure reach to 21Mpa.
2 If add pipe thickness,cylinder pushing force and indcution heater power source will relevantly increase.
3 Main cylinder stroke vary according to pipe OD and bending radius.

Principle for hydrualic induction pipe bending machine

Clamp the pipe in the bending machine
Put induction coil around the bending section of pipe
Clamp the front part of pipe and fix it on the bending radius rotary
Turn on the water cooling pump station
Turn on the induction heater
After heating the bending section,start the bending machine to bend pipe
Controlled sillicon,induction coil,capacitor,water proof cable and reactor needs recycle water cooling.
