Hei Yan Int'L Development Limted has been in the line for many years, with our experience and professional engineer, we can design elbow forming machine, pipe expanding machine according to customers requires.
Machines need to do monthly checking and maintenance.
1. Check Joints, be sure they are as solid as normal
2. Check oil seal rings in Hydraulic Pump ,if there ring is broken, leakage, please change a new one on time.
3. If forward and back has working problem, please check valve first. Then check if there are any jam problems on electric magnetic relief valve and single unloading valve .If has jam problem, just unload the relief valve and single unloading valve to wash by gasoline or diesel
4. Wash oil case and filter hydraulic oil within 15 days since using of machine.
