3Hydraulic two step pushing machine could make various kinds bending pipes when equipped with rocker arm and arm lock.

Structure and Working Principle of HY type Hydraulic two step pushing machine This equipment adopts double cylidner working method,together with intergrated pump station.
The pump station consists of multi stage pump:specifics from one to six adopts 2~3 pump station,the remaing adopt one fast speed pump station.

Note of Hydraulic two step pushing machine

The actual stroke should be less than the Max stroke,which means it will be 30~50mm space left for front and rear,to avoid the cylinder strike the cylidner flange,result damage to the equipment.

Requirement of the workshop
1Pump station and induction heating power source had better be placed in the sub room of the workshop
2The cooling water pond should be bigger than 50 cubic meters and equipped with anti-dust measures.
3 The length of workshop had better longer than 45-60meters,wideth should be 8-12 meters.
