Operation of the induction furnace bending machine:
1 Put the steel pipe at proper position
2 Adjust the bending radius to expected by screw transmission on the rotary arm
3 Heat the pipe by induction coil through induction furnace to certain degree
4 Hydraulic system will push the pipe forward moving according to the preset bending radius,the pipe will be bent at the heated area
5 After bending,it needs cooling by water,thus get the expected the bends.
