Induction bender is designed to bend large diameter pipe and different kinds of specifics pipe

2 According to customer need,the bending radius and angle can be adjusted freely.

3 The raw material can be: seamless pipe,welded pipe or rolled pipe

4 Bending range from outside diameter 108mm-1420mm,thickness 5mm-120mm

Note:

1 Automatic Hot Bending Machine working pump station is made of 31.5MPa plunger pump,max system pressure reach to 21Mpa.

2 If add pipe thickness,cylinder pushing force and induction heater power source will relevantly increase.

3 Main cylinder stroke vary according to pipe OD and bending radius.

Induction bender is made of pipe bending machine,bending radius adjusting equipment,hydraulic pumping station,induction power source box,operation panel,motor control box,capacitor box,water cable,reactor.According to production specifics,customer order induction coil and steep pipe clamp.

Principle for pipe bending machine

Clamp the pipe in the bending machine

Put induction coil around the bending section of pipe

Clamp the front part of pipe and fix it on the bending radius rotary

Turn on the water cooling pump station

Turn on the induction heater

After heating the bending section,start the bending machine to bend pipe

Controlled sillicon,induction coil,capacitor,water proof cable and reactor needs recycle water cooling.
