Working principle of Induction heating bending machine: Put the raw material pipe on the pipe bending machine with a clamping roller clamp, put induction heating coil in front of the raw steel, steel front using steel plate clamp, and fixed on the bend radius arm. Activate the cooling water pump, start medium frequency power, make the raw material tube local heating, start bending machine hydraulic system, then the raw material tube can slowly moving forward, it starts bending.
