1 Pipe-type regularization
The design and pipes one by one should avoid excessive arc,arbitrary curves,compound bending and more
than 180 degree arc. the excessive arc not only make the tooling cumbersome,but also restricted by the
machine size of the bending machine; the design of arbitrary curve,compound bending is very unreasonable,
greatly hindered the mechanization and automatic production.lead to the operator is difficult to ger rid of heavy
manual labor; more than 180 degree arc make medium frequency bending machine can not discharge.
2 Bend radius standardizing
Bend radius as far as possible to achieve one pipe-one mould and multi-pipe--one mould.
for one pipe, regardless of whether there are several bends,how the bend angle, there is only one bend
radius,because the bending machine don not replace the mould when bending process, this is one pipe-one
mould. while, the multi-pipe one mould,refers to the same diameter pipes should use the same bend
radius,which using the same set of moulds to bending different type pipes,to reduce the number of moulds.
3 Proper bend radius
The size of bending radius,determines the resistance force when pipe in bending process.in general, large
diameter, their bend radius is small, when bending, easily occur winkle and slipping phenomenon,bending
quality is difficult to ensure,so generally used the R value of mould,which two or three times of the diameter
of the pipe.
