Loosen bolt of arm axes, set up control pump, control oil vat will push arm axes to pipe (material),center distance is from pipe center to arm axes center. turn back flashboard,Screw bolt of am axes and choose suitable coils to tight pipe (material),finally screw arm pole bolt.
