Structure and working principle of Hydraulic pipe bending machine

The electric pipe bending machine is composed of electric oil pump, high pressure oil pipe, quick joint, working cylinder, plunger pump, bending part. The high pressure oil out put from the electric oil pump, through the high pressure oil pipe into working cylinder, high pressure oil push the plunger pump in the cylinder, forming the pushing force, then through the bending part to bend the pipe.

After bending occurs, the heated area is quenched by a water or air spray. Induction bending is an efficient way to form a bend when only a specific area of a metal tube or pipe requires a bend. That specific area is usually heated with the use of an induction coil in order to make the material easier to bend to a preset radius.
