There are three cutters for each clamp disk. They serve for different range of work and can work at the same time to insure the effective cutting and fully satisfied the stable requirements of the guide track. With the hydraulic control system its cutting speed can be adjusted easily by the size and the thickness of the caliber. There are 2 types of bevel machine:manual and semi-automatic.

Notes:
1 The bevel machine should be placed flatly,at stable fixation,to avoid moving when using. When the power supply connect well,please pay attention to check the operation direction and transmission parts.

2 Let the bevel machine clamp the pipe to prevent the collision of tools,the pipe end and the feedings should be left between the 2-3mm gap,to prevent excessive feed at first time,turn on the coupling when working,to avoid the second feed at the same time.

3 After the feed,it should remain in situ rotating for a few times,to smooth the bevel, move the knife frame after operation, which is away from the cutting surface,and then remove the pipe.

4 Cooling system must be kept clean to prevent the impurities,iron filings into the oilway,blocking the nozzle.

5 After finishing the work,please do maintenance work.
