Features of the pipe bevel machine

The machine adopts standard power head to innovate the special dynamic cabinet, which has better cutting capacity and differential feeding.
The working piece can be clamped by manual clamping, and will be centered either by regulation of main machine of dynamic cabinet from left side to right side, or by regulation of V-shape clamp's manual adjustment from upper to lower.
The pipe end cutting bevel adopts angle knife rest differential speed automatic feeding for processing; when the wall thickness of pipe is less than 12mm,then manual movement of main motor can be used for one time off cutting off cutting forming.

Notes:
1 The bevel machine should place flat,stable fixation,to avoid moving when using.when the power supply connect well,
   please pay attention to check the operation direction and transmission parts.

2 Let the bevel machine clamp the pipe,prevent the collision of tools,the
   pipe end and the feedings should be left between the 2-3mm gap,to prevent
  excessive feed first time,turn on the malecoupling when working,to avoid the second feed at the same time.

3 After the feed,should remain in situ rotate a few times,so that smooth the bevel, move the knife frame after operation,
   which away  from the cutting surface,and then remove the pipe.

4 Cooling system must be kept clean to prevent the impurities,iron filings into the oilway,blocking the nozzle.

5 After finished the work,need do maintenance work.
