Maintainess for hydraulic elbow machine
Machine parts:
1 Moulds conveyor idler shall be injected butter one time for each 5 days.
2 Front idler wheel shall be injuect butter one time for each 24 hours since it is near by heating coils
3 Please check fastners of main machine each month and ensure that they are in a tighten situation all the way.
4 Please return oil vat's piston pole to terminal to refuse hitting on piston pole if equipment is not used.
5 Please give a empty trial running after a long stop of equipment,ensure that its in a right working situation.
6 Please set up main oil pump and empty running 10 minutes to ensure its smooth running in winter
7 Caution:please dry up water in frequency circulation in order to refuse damage of electric components when freezing in winter.
8 Caution: Be sure that effective switch is in normal situation before working.
9 Please keep cleaning of each parts of eqiupment,keep away from dust.
