Elbow machine

Induction heating hydraulic pushing elbow mahcine is of more than 10 years' traditional product. With the development of deep researching on steel pipe,the elbow machine is improved overwhelmingly.Nowadays,HY elbow machine is of super short stress,prod cast technology,induction heating technology,low energy cost and hydraulic system driving technology.The pushing plate is controlled by hydraulic system,raw material steel pipe clamping technology is innovated.

Elbow size range: OD 25mm~1420mm,WT:5mm~120mm,

angel:22.5 degree,45 degree, 90 degree, 135 degree and make according to customer requiring angle.

Note:Working pump adopts 31.5Mpa plunger pump,Max work pressure of hydraulic system: 21Mpa
     If the steel pipe wall thickness is thickned,cylinder pushing force and induction power source will respectively be accelerated.
     Cylinder stroke will be according to customer's need.

HY elbow machine structure and working principle
The elbow machine is made of :elbow pushing mahcine,hydraulic pump station,operation panel,motor conrol box,induction heating power source,compensating capacitor,water proof cable,induction coil adjusting shelf,reactor.

Customer should prepare:
1 Cooling water system(water pool,water pump,water pipeline)
2 Hydrualic oil: anti-rubbing hydraulic oil 32 #~100 # (advising 100 #)
3 Wire,cable needed in the workshop, specifics according to the instruciton book
4 To procure induction coil,elbow mandrel according to production need
5 Auxiliary machine line: straightening machine,end bevelling machine,elbow testing machine
Working principle of elbow machine:
Put the raw material on the elbow mandrel
Put the induction coil on the end of the elbow mandrel
Turn on the cooling water pump,induction heater,heating the raw material to about 800 degree
Start the elbow machine to work
Note:Sillicon controller,induction coil,compensating capacitor,water proof cable,reactor etc needs water cooling
There is stroke switch equipped on the ends of elbow machine,help to change direction and place,stop the machine
