Elbow pushing forming machine
Elbow pushing forming machine includes two system:
One is induction heating system, using 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current, through thyristor to convert the frequency, to make 2500HZ medium frequency current, heating the raw material.
The other is hydraulic pushing system of Elbow pushing forming machine.
Hydraulic system is composed with the following five main parts.
1.Energy device, it provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system, transform the mechanical power into hydraulic power. Normally type is hydraulic pump.
2.Execute device, it transform hydraulic power into mechanical power.Hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, they are all called execute piece of hydraulic system.
3.Control adjustment device, it controls the pressure, flow rate or flow direction of the hydraulic system. I.e overflow valve, throttle valve, reversing valve, start-stop valve etc.
4.Auxiliary device, i.e oil tank, oil filter, oil pipeline etc. They are necessary to keep hydraulic system working well.
5.Working medium, that is hydraulic oil.

Maintenance of machine:
The equipment should be serviced about once a month, maintenance as following:
1.Check each part of fasteners, ensure they are fixed.
2.Make sure that all connectors of the hydraulic pump station are equipped with oil seal rings, if the seal rings appear damaged or oil leakage, should be replace timely.
3.If found forward or backward abnormality, first check electro-hydraulic valve whether operate normal, if working normally, then you should check whether the electro-hydraulic relief valve or the one-way unloading valve has contaminant that made it could not working or not(this phenomenon usually happen when you just use this machine). If has contaminant, you should open it, clean by gasoline or diesl oil, everything is ok, then re-install.
4.Operated this equipment within 15 days, you should clean the tank and filter hydraulic oil once.
5.When cleaning tank, you should clean the inside the oil filter of tank also. | |
