Basic principle of HYW-I Hydraulic elbow making machine
1 Make the original pipe that prepared cover the core rod of mould,
and ensure that medium frequency induction coils cover the end of core header
2 Turn on cooling water pump,medium frequency power supply ,
heating the original pipe ,when it up to about 800 degree,
then start the elbow making machine to promote elbows.

1 Medium frequency induction powersupply's thyristor,medium frequency coils,
compensation capacitor,water lines,electrical-reactor and other parts of medium
frequency induction power need cooling
2 Both ends of the elbow machine are equipped with travel switches,realized location.
