Hot pushing machine

Raw material of producing elbows: seamless steel pipe, welded steel pipe and rolled steel pipe. The range of the elbow that our Hot pushing machine can produce is as following:
OD: 1 inch (25mm)- 60 inches (1420mm);
Thickness: 5mm - 120mm;
The Hot pushing machine has the following advantages:
 
1.A hydraulic cylinder to promote the components, power powerful, variable speed, easy operation, safe and reliable. Both sides of the rod is equipped with auxiliary role play-oriented orientation, forming the product greater accuracy.
 
2.Supporting the use of a large volume of hydraulic station fuel tank, forward speed can be controlled by adjusting the flow control valve. Hydraulic system adopts an  integrated oil line, electromagnetic overflow technology, greatly reducing the hydraulic system, heat, reducing energy consumption, so that the whole work environment has been optimized. 3.If unit used analog control, low current startuo mode. Input power for the three ¨Cphase four ¨Cwire 380/660v,frequency 50HZ,maximum output power up to 1500kw.
