Application of HY type hydraulic two step pushing pipe machine
Hydraucli pipe expanding machine is designed for that large diameter pipe is lack of production,while could not meet market needs and incomplete specifics.
1This equipment enables seamless steel pipe,reelpipe,ERW pipe to expand its diameter.This equipment consists of 8 specifics,expanding rang60-1020mm (thickness stay the same).
2This equipment could push various diameters of elbows,also make according to customer's requirement.
3 Hydraulic pipe bending machine could make various kinds bending pipes when equipped with rocker arm and arm lock.

Structure and Working Principle of HY type hydraulic two step pushing pipe machine
This equipment adopts double cylidner working method,together with intergrated pump station.
The pump station consists of multi stage pump:specifics from one to six adopts 2~3 pump station,the remaining adopt one fast speed pump station.
This equipment can be classfied into one step pushing:pushing elbow,two step pushing,three step pushing :expanding machine. The standard stroke will be 10.5 to 12.5 meters,also can act according to customer requirement,to add the stroke.
This equipment adopts winding engine to motivate steel wire rope ,sending the pipe into the equipment,automatic.

First,induction heating power source will be put in the front part of machine,induction coil will be put on the adjustable shelf.Second,after the preparation of mandrel and pipe,tur on the water pump and induction heating power source,adjusting frequency,thus heating the mandrel and pipe.Third,turn on the pushing machine and expand pipe.Silicon thyristor,induction coil,capacitor,reactor circulate to cooling water.
The electric control part will be installed in the electric box.Two sides of the equipment will be equipped with switch,when reach the standard,it will automatically stop.

Note:The actual stroke should be less than the Max stroke,which means it will be 30~50mm space left for front and rear,to avoid the cylinder strike the cylidner flange,result damage to the equipment.
The equipment should be installed according to the foundation drawing the manufacturer offered,the equipment shoud be placed flat.Before shipment, the eqipment will be tested to fine condition.After water and electricity Ok,manufacturer will install and debug.

Requirement of the workshop
1Pump station and induction heating power source had better be placed in the sub room of the workshop
2The cooling water pond should be bigger than 50 cubic meters and equipped with anti-dust measures.
3 The length of workshop had better longer than 45-60meters,wideth should be 8-12 meters.
