Working element of Forming machine:
put raw pipe to mandril -- put heating coils to raw pipe mandril open cooling water -- setup power of frequency source -- heating pipe to 800 degree -- start pushing of elbow.

The silicon controlled rectifier, coil, compensating capacitor, water cable, reactor of the medium frequency should be cooled by circulating water.

Note for Hydraulic pushing machine:

The actual stroke should be less than the Max stroke,which means it will be 30~50mm space left for front and rear,to avoid the cylinder strike the cylidner flange,result damage to the equipment.
The equipment should be installed according to the foundation drawing the manufacturer offered,the equipment shoud be placed flat.Before shipment, the eqipment will be tested to fine condition.After water and electricity Ok,manufacturer will install and debug.
