Hydraulic drive elbow machine

Hydraulic drive elbow machine is designed for the processing of elbow. We can produce diameter 21mm-1420mm, wall thickness 3mm-80mm, over 1D carbon steel, alloy steel elbow machine.

The Hydraulic drive elbow machine has the following advantages:

2.Supporting the use of a large volume of hydraulic station fuel tank, forward speed can be controlled by adjusting the flow control valve. Hydraulic system adopts an  integrated oil line, electromagnetic overflow technology, greatly reducing the hydraulic system, heat, reducing energy consumption, so that the whole work environment has been optimized. 3.If unit used analog control, low current startuo mode. Input power for the three phase four wire 380/660v,frequency 50HZ,maximum output power up to 1500kw.

2.Make sure that all connectors of the hydraulic pump station are equipped with oil seal rings, if the seal rings appear damaged or oil leakage, should be replace timely.

3.If found forward or backward abnormality, first check electro-hydraulic valve whether operate normal, if working normally, then you should check whether the electro-hydraulic relief valve or the one-way unloading valve has contaminant that made it could not working or not(this phenomenon usually happen when you just use this machine). If has contaminant, you should open it, clean by gasoline or diesl oil, everything is ok, then re-install.

4.Operated this equipment within 15 days, you should clean the tank and filter hydraulic oil once.

5.When cleaning tank, you should clean the inside the oil filter of tank also
