As we all know, hydraulic system is one of the most important part to Hydraulic elbow forming machine.
Hydraulic system during working it has power lost, including pressure lost,volume lost and mechanical lost three aspects, all these lost turn into heat, make the hydraulic system oil temperature rising.Normally we control the temperature of oil between 30-60 degree, not exceed 60-70 degree.
Oil temperature rising caused series negative consequence:
1.Decrease oil viscosity, increase losing, decrease the volume efficiency,even effect machine regular working
2.Make the oil quality go bad, engender oxide impurities,plug holes or gaps in the hydraulic components, make it can't work well.
3.Lead to machine tools or machine thermal deformation, break the intrinsic precision.
