Hydraulic elbow maker

The Hydraulic elbow maker is designed for the processing of elbow.

We can produce diameter 21mm-1420mm, wall thickness 3mm-100mm, over 1D carbon steel, alloy steel elbow machine.

The specification (dimension, radius, thickness) of the finished elbows can meet the stipulated international standard, such as ANSI B16.9, ANSI B16.28, DIN2605, GB12459, etc

Hydraulic elbow maker Features Description
1. The supporting plate, pushing plate of the machine is formed by 20mm medium plate welding ,the center hole diameter is 350mm.
2. Pushing plate and supporting plate strobe all used hydraulic control .
Note: In order to improve efficiency, the pushing plate strobe also was changed to the hydraulic control .
3. The main hydraulic valve parts adopt international standards Rexroth Products (Beijing Hua De), solenoid valves are controlled by DC 24V .
4. Anterior supporting plate is equipped with clip pipe fittings.
