The Hydraulic pipe fitting making machine we supplied is designed and constructed for manufacturing the carbon steel elbows with diameter from 3/4" to 24". These elbows are widely used in the connection of the industrial pipelines for the Petrochemical, Gas and Oil pipes, Electrical Power, Food, etc.
Pushing machine consists: Host machine, Heating coils frame, Hydraulic system, Electric equipment system.
Hydraulic pipe fitting making machine is made up of Based frame, Main cylinder, Cylinder fixing box, pushing box, Flashboard, Rail, Rod contacted with core etc.
Heating coils used 12# welding, can move forward and backward,the angel can be adjusted as your need.
The following parts shall be ready by customer :
a. cooling system (tank,water, pump,water shed, water pipeline low and above)
b. hydraulic oil : L-HM anti- wear hydraulic oil
c. connection cables
d. heating coils,mandrils according to production scope
e. related machine: press machine, cutting machine for ends of pipe .
