Induction elbow making machine

The Induction elbow making machine includes two system:

One is induction heating system, using 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current, through thyristor to convert the frequency, to make 2500HZ medium frequency current, heating the raw material.
The other is hydraulic pushing system, this system can push the heated raw material to the mould end,then form elbows.

Induction elbow making machine can push seamless steel pipe bend,whose diameter,all thickness and ngle are respectively 25mm-1420mm,5mm-100mm and 22.5 degree,45 degree,90 degree,135 degree,180 degree or others as requested by users.

Maintenance and Repairment of Induction hydraulic Elbow Machine
 
1 Check the fastener of every part to keep it in solid state.
2 Check if every joint of hydraulic pump station is installed with oil proof rubber seal ring, if any damage with it or oil leak, please change it as soon as possible.
3 If the forward or backward is not workable, first check if the magnetic valve works, if it operates well, check the sequence valve 6X3 overflow valve YF-L20H4 or whether one way unload valve 4HD3 is cut by impurities. (It is likely to happen when the machine begins to use). If it is cut, take it down, and wash it by gasonline or diesel, reload it.
4 Within 1-2 month after using, please wash the oil container and filtrate the hydraulic oil for once
5 When wahing the oil container, please wash the fuel inlet filter of every pump station.
