Elbow machine includes two system:
One is induction heating system, using 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current, through thyristor to convert the frequency, to make 2500HZ medium frequency current, heating the raw material.

The other is hydraulic pushing system,.
Hydraulic system is composed with the following five main parts.
Energy device, it provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system, transform the mechanical power into hydraulic power. Normally type is hydraulic pump.
Execute device, it transform hydraulic power into mechanical power.Hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, they are all called execute piece of hydraulic system.
Control adjustment device, it controls the pressure, flow rate or flow direction of the hydraulic system. I.e overflow valve, throttle valve, reversing valve, start-stop valve etc.
Auxiliary device, i.e oil tank, oil filter, oil pipeline etc. They are necessary to keep hydraulic system working well.
Working medium, that is hydraulic oil.
