Steel elbow pushing machine

Hei Yan designed elbow forming machines are suitable for the batch production. These produced elbows are widely used in the connection of the industrial pipelines for the Petrochemical, Gas and Oil pipes, Electrical Power, etc.
The Steel elbow pushing machine we manufactured includes two system:

One is induction heating system, using 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current, through thyristor to convert the frequency, to make 2500HZ medium frequency current, heating the raw material.
The other is hydraulic pushing system, this system can push the heated raw material to the mould end,then form elbows.

Raw material steel pipe: seamless steel pipe,welded steel pipe and rolled steel pipe.
Elbow produced scope: 25mm-1420mm  thickness:5mm-120mm
Angle: 22.5,45,90,135 degree and customer required angle.

Note:The actual stroke should be less than the Max stroke,which means it will be 30~50mm space left for front and rear,to avoid the cylinder strike the cylidner flange,result damage to the equipment.
The equipment should be installed according to the foundation drawing the manufacturer offered,the equipment shoud be placed flat.Before shipment, the eqipment will be tested to fine condition.After water and electricity Ok,manufacturer will install and debug.

Requirement of the workshop
1Pump station and induction heating power source had better be placed in the sub room of the workshop
2The cooling water pond should be bigger than 50 cubic meters and equipped with anti-dust measures.
3 The length of workshop had better longer than 45-60meters,wideth should be 8-12 meters.
