Hydraulic press safe operating attention
 
1. Before starting, check parts of press manipulation, clutch and brakes are active, the security guard is complete and easy to use, whether ministries crank exception. If abnormal, should immediately take the necessary measures
2. Before formal operating subject to idle test, be sure each part can normal work.
3. The operation must use the tools, is prohibited by hand directly into his mouth extract die, hand tool should not be putted on the mold.
4. Foot must be far away from the foot pedals, when adjust or get the workpiece in mould area.
5. Sudden power off or operate finished, we should close the power, and restored to the clutch in neutral gear manipulator, brake in braking.
6. On the press for maintenance, adjustment and installation, adjustment, dismantling the mold should be disconnected the machine energy (such as electricity, gas, liquid). Putting warning notice on the startup switches.
