Hot Pushing Elbow Machine
Hot Pushing Elbow Machine is designed for the processing of elbow. We can produce diameter 21mm-1420mm, wall thickness 3mm-100mm, over 1D carbon steel, alloy steel elbow machine.
Hot Pushing Elbow Machine specification (dimension, radius, thickness) of the finished elbows can meet the stipulated international standard, such as ANSI B16.9, ANSI B16.28, DIN2605, GB12459, etc
The Hot Pushing Elbow Machine includes two system:
One is induction heating system, using 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current, through thyristor to convert the frequency, to make 2500HZ medium frequency current, heating the raw material.
The other is hydraulic pushing system, this system can push the heated raw material to the mould end,then form elbows.
