Basic Operation Procedures for Installing the Guide Mode of Hydraulic Pipe Bender
Whether the installation of the hydraulic pipe bender is reasonable in relation to the operation safety,following is the installation procedures:
Installation of the guide mode:
1.Take of the guide mold clamping screw,then guide mode into.
2.Locking the guide mold clamping screw.
Adjusting of the guide mode:
1.Loosen the bottom hold-down nut,then put the control panel in manual mode,clip pipe button to the end of the guide mode behaviour(at this point there is clearance between wheel and guide mode,it can be adjusted by guide mode adjustment screw).
2.Adjust the guide seat adjustment screw guide model and make it closed with wheel model completely.
3.Press clip back button,then turn the guide mode adjusting screw about 1/2-1/4 circle clockwise.
4.Locking the fixed screw of the guide mode base.
