Brief introduction about elbow making
Elbow forming according to mandrel shape,but user should heat mandrel by electric from Medium Frequency power source. The power source is transfering by coil,with magnetism and electric,mandrel will get red after times.
After the elbow fall down to the pit, reshaping work shall be down when elbow is hot. Because some of elbows cannot keep 100% good shape due to pushing.Normally, outside diameter of elbow head is bigger than the ender,so correction work is very necessary. The correction machine is a hydraulic press actually, Correction moulds are required, moulds are two radius halves according to elbow out shape. After reshaping, elbow is a perfect one !
