Two Steps Hot Induction Tube Expander solves the existing problems such as low work efficiency of Pipe Expanding Machine

4.It could produce big radius Bender also once add shifting arm and tighten clamp on it.
The whole machine is made up of host and medium frequency heating source.
Host adopts hydraulic transmission, it's easy to achieve the conversion of pushing speed and return speed, and adjust the speed freely.
Working process of Hot Induction Tube Expander:
Put the raw material that be prepared well on the expanding mould, then trap the induction heating coils on the end of the steel pipe, fix expanding pipe mold mandrel rod tail, then open the cooling water pump, open the intermediate frequency power, when the steel pipe and expanding mould is heating up to 800 degree, open the pushing machine to start expand the pipe.
