Performance and quality testing of bending machine before delivery
Basic performance test of bending machine：
1.Testing the reliability of stop block,interlocking,overload protection device and safety devices like stop button,etc.
2.Testing the flexibility and reliability of all sorts of actions such as clamping piece and the clamping relaxation,jib rotating ,mandrel and so on.
3.Testing the flexibility and reliability of can be adjusted or adjusting device.
4.Testing the flexibility and reliability of the accessory device.
5.Testing the flexibility and reliability of the lubricating device.
6.Testing the flexibility and reliability of the pneumatic device.
7.Testing the flexibility and reliability of the hydraulic device.
8.Testing the flexibility and reliability of the electric device.
Assembly quality testing of bending machine：
Idle running experiment of each bending machine shall be carried out , idle running time should not less than 4 hours.For the structure that can proceed automatic or semi-automatic work(such as pipe clamp,guide compaction,mandrel advance and retreat,rotary rack rotating and angle of primary structure,etc.),should run at the same time,continuous cycle operation time will not less than 2 hours.For each block movement in the process of this cycle(press a button,an action),running time should not less than 1.5 hours.Its operation process shall be stipulated in the design of working procedures.
In addition,using the bending machine should pay attention to electricity safety measures:
1.Hydraulic bending machine power supply must be the three-phase power supply,and ground connection must be in accordance with the local power laws and regulations.
2.Tag of power should be show on the machine and control box as a warning to the worker in the power system.
3.Workers who make hydraulic bending machine electricity maintenance and checking must be trained in electrical professional knowledge.Please make sure the standby line diagram before repair.
4.Protective equipment such as limit switch,can not be any short circuit or to bypass it.
