Safe operation of Bending Machine
1.Bending machine at runtime,the human body must not touch any part of the transmission parts.The human head should deviate from the cutting direction,and should not stand in the workpiece front-rear direction
2.When operation,you should plunge into good cuff, it is forbidden to wear gloves to work.
3.The spindle speed change should be done after stoping proceed.
4.The gear should be fully engaged at the time of shifting speed.
5.You ought to stop the machine immediately when found it off normal.
6.Take the measures to prevent pipe rolling,shock, pressure cuts is necessary when put the long tube into rack.
6.Dust removal device should be checked well before cutting.
7.Use wheel bender,you should check whether the defect grinding wheel cracks, damp, whether the power cord is reliable in advance.
8.When exchange tools,measuring the workpiece,lubrication,cleaning tube head,you must stop proceed.
9.To adjust cutter, clamping work piece before incision. The length of the clamping parts shall not be less than 50 mm. Before work,parking barrier should be fixed, and clamping, loosen, forward, backward, such debugging order shall be done.
