The usage of bending machine
1. Usage:
1)Refer to the operation instruction of electric oil pump.
2)Firstly, put the internal thread into the working oil cylinder, make the wheel of oil cylinder which loading on the holder down.
3)According to the outer diameter of bending to choose die heat, cover the plunger, put the corresponding slot of roller to the die heat, then put it into the corresponding size of the plate hole, cover plate, insert the original bend to the groove. Then pull back the joint of high pressure of oil pipe and cover it the joint of oil cylinder, then screw the oil drain screw of automatic oil pump, which can bend. After finishing bending, loose the oil drain screw, the plunger will reset automatically.
2. Matters need attention:
1)Refer to the operation instruction of electric oil pump.
2)Don't discharge the quick joint when loading.
3)This machine is the oil as medium, must do a good job of cleaning and maintenance of oil and machine, in order to avoid slit up or oil leak, affect the using effect.
