Induction Furnace Bending Machine is designed and widely used in petrochem industry,oil,gas pipeline,power plant,infrastructure area.
Working principle: Heating the steel pipe (including alloy steel,carbon steel, stainless steel) by induction furnace,meanwhile push the pipe at uniform speed,making the heated area of steel pipe move according to the preset way,thus forming the expected radius and angle bending pipe.
Features for Induction Furnace Bending Machine
The bending pipe is of little deformation,uniform thickness and no inner stress.Bending angle range from 0-180 degree.
Operation of the Induction Furnace Bending Machine:
1 Put the steel pipe at proper position
2 Adjust the bending radius to expected by screw transmission on the rotary arm
3 Heat the pipe by induction coil through induction furnace to certain degree
4 Hydraulic system will push the pipe forward moving according to the preset bending radius,the pipe will be bent at the heated area
5 After bending,it needs cooling by water,thus get the expected the bends
