Induction Hot Bender
Induction Hot Bender is designed for bending steel pipes, we have manufactured in this line for many years.
This Radius Benders we supplied can produce bending radius over R=2.5 times,180 degree bending pipe fittings. With reasonable design, reliable working, it's easy to operate.
1. Size: From 1/2" to 30" (Seamless pipe fittings and Seam pipe fittings)
2. Wall thickness: Sch5-Sch160, XXS

Working element of Induction Hot bender: tight pipe --put pipe into coils--tighten front of pipe and fix pipe onto bending arm--open cooling water--set up frequency power--heating pipe--start pushing of bend.
