Operation of OD325 mm Pipe Bending Machine
1. Install of frequency coils
Install suitable frequency coil onto water pipe's transformer, then connect with water pipe and be sure no leakage there.
2. load materials
Load material from the end of machinery, pipe (material) shall over than frequency coil ( subject to width of clips) .First adjust height of conveyor idler and keep necessary level with pipe , then screw conveyor idler and make pipe in center of the hole. Transformer coils have equal distance around pipe (material),then turn back pushing board and screw pipe and ready to bend.
