Process on Pipe Induction Bending
1 Installation of induction coil
Install sutable induction coil onto water pipe's transformer,then connect with water pipe and be sure no leakage.
2 Load material
Load material from the end of Pipe Induction Bending,pipe should be over induction coil.First adjust height of conveyor idler and make pipe in center of the hole.Transformer coils have equal distance around pipe,then turn back pushing board and screw pipe and ready to bend.
3 Adjust radius of Pipe Induction Bending
Loosen bolt of arm axes,set up control pump,control oil vat will push arm axes center.Screw bolt of arm axes and choose suitable coils to tight pipe,finally screw arm pole bolt.
4 Bending
Turn on power,water pump,induction heater,control pump,main pump,electric-magnetism speed governor,adjust power of frequency and heat material up to 800 degree,press push switch,adjust electric-magnetism speed governor to suitable pushing speed of pipe,note clearance of pipe and coil when pushing.When bending is Ok,press stop as well as 0 operate on induction heater,then press turn back to relax push force,press main stop button to shut down oil pump,shut down induction heater,open idler clamp and cut bend down from pipe induction bending machine.
