2. Operation of the 1200 Ton Four Cylinder Elbow Pushing Machine
Operating procedures are as following:
According to the elbow size select the main pushing pump-- As per the elbow size select the speed -- feeding, close gate --After the mandril been heated to a suitable temperature begin pushing (during working the pushing speed is adjustable) -Reaching the end point ,pushing machine stop automatically- Strobe fix the core rod -- feeding -- release the strobe, pushing machine return to the end point -- strobe leave the core rod 5mm starting pushing.
