Elbow Machinery Manufacture
Elbow Machinery Manufacture is our factory traditional machine, it's mainly used to produce various specification elbows.
The range of the elbows that our elbow machine can produce is as following: OD: 1 inch (25mm)- 60 inches (1420mm);
Thickness: 5mm - 120mm;
Angle: 22.5 degree 45 degree 90 degree 135 degree and the angle of user needs.
The Elbow Machinery Manufacture includes two system:
One is induction heating system, using 380V,50HZ three-phase alternating current, through thyristor to convert the frequency, to make 2500HZ medium frequency current, heating the raw material.
The other is hydraulic pushing system, this system can push the heated raw material to the mould end,then form elbows.
