Structure and Working Principle of HY type Induction Based Elbow Pushing Machine.This equipment adopts double cylidner working method,together with intergrated pump station.
The pump station consists of multi stage pump:specifics from one to six adopts 2~3 pump station,the remaining adopt one fast speed pump station.

Usage of Induction Based Elbow Pushing Machine
First,induction heating power source will be put in the front part of machine,induction coil will be put on the adjustable shelf.Second,after the preparation of mandrel and pipe,tur on the water pump and induction heating power source,adjusting frequency,thus heating the mandrel and pipe.Third,turn on the pushing machine and expand pipe.Silicon thyristor,induction coil,capacitor,reactor circulate to cooling water.
The electric control part will be installed in the electric box.Two sides of the equipment will be equipped with switch,when reach the standard,it will automatically stop.
