3. Pushing machine consists:
Host machine, Heating coils frame, Hydraulic system, Electric equipment system.
Host machine used welded technology, Heating coils frame used squared steel welded structure. Hydraulic system adopted integration control. Upon that to achieve working stably.
Working process of the Carbon Steel Pipe Expander:
Put the raw material that be prepared well on the expanding mould, then trap the induction heating coils on the end of the steel pipe, fix expanding pipe mold mandrel rod tail, then open the cooling water pump, open the intermediate frequency power, when the steel pipe and expanding mould is heating up to 800 degree, open the pushing machine to start expand the pipe hine.
