Hot Induction Expander
Hot Induction Expander is designed mainly for the demand of large-diameter pipe production in market and for the incomplete specifications of steel pipe.
1. The Hot Induction Expander is used to expand seamless steel tubes, straight welded pipes, hot roll steel tubes. Expanding type of steel pipe: high medium low-pressure boiler tubes, high pressure chemical pipes, high pressure gas tube, fluid pipe, line pipe, structural pipe and other varieties.
2. The Hot Induction Expander is divided into 10 specifications as per the size and thickness (OD: 60mm -1420mm, wall thickness 4mm - 20mm)
Working principle of Hot induction expander:
Put the raw material prepared well on the expanding mould, then trap the induction heating coils on the end of the steel pipe, fixed-expanding pipe mold mandrel rod tail, open cooling water pump, open the intermediate frequency power, when the tempreture of the steel pipe and expanding mould is up to 800 degree, materials and expand the pipe mold steel heated to 800 degree or so, open the pushing machine to start expand the pipe.
