Hot Pipe Expansion
Hot Pipe Expansion is designed for large diameter pipe production.It fill blanks of large dimension pipes.
Hot Pipe Expansion enables seamless steel pipe,reelpipe,ERW pipe to expand its diameter.This equipment consists of 8 specifics,expanding rang 60-1020mm (thickness stay the same).
Hot Pipe Expansion could push various diameters of elbows,also make according to customer's requirement and could make various kinds bending pipes when equipped with rocker arm and arm lock.
Hot pipe expansion is of two cylinders or four cylinders parallel pushing at uniform speed and equipped with integrated pumping station valve platform.Based on expanding pipe OD and length,it is with relevant induction heater power source and cylinder stroke,pushing source.
Hot Pipe Expansion is made of hydraulic pushing machine,automatic feeding material structure,hydraulic pump station,geminating pipe structure,operation table,motor controlled box,middle frequency induction heater,compensating capacitor,water proof cable,induction coil adjusting shelf and reactor.
