Hydraulic two steps pushing pipe expander is made of hydraulic pushing machine,automatic feeding material structure,hydraulic pump station,geminating pipe structure,operation table,motor controlled box,middle frequency induction heater,compensating capacitor,water proof cable,induction coil adjusting shelf and reactor.

Put the mother pipe at the expanding mandrel.
Put the induction heating coil at the top of mother pipe and expanding mandrel
Fix the expanding mandrel
Turn on cooling water system
Turn on middle frequency induction heater power source
Heat the mother pipe and expanding mandrel to 800 degree
