Tube Expanding Machine
Tube Expanding Machine is a device that is used to increase the diameter of a piece of metal tubing. The tube expander is comprised of several individual sections of steel placed around a threaded shaft with wedge-shaped nuts on each end. The entire assembly is held together by a spring encircling each end. The assembly is slid into the end of a piece of tubing, and the tube expander is tightened, drawing the wedge nuts inside of the steel sections. As the wedges are drawn into the sections, they are forced outward, expanding the tubing.
Tube Expanding Machine has many advantages in design.
The equipment can effectively expand seamless steel and volume pipe and make the pipe can get expanding. It can expande the pipe from 60mm to 1420mm, however, the wall thickness unchanged. Eliminate scale and grease for pipe, not only outside, but also inside.
