Two-Step Pipe Expander
Two-Step Pipe Expander is designed for expand big diameter pipes to meet the urgent need in the market.
Two-Step Pipe Expander remove "zero" result in China for insufficient manufacturing on big diameter pipes and un-complete sizes of pipe machine.
a.Pipe Expanding Machine Big Diameter is suitable for heating expanding of seamless pipe, straight line pipe (ERW),roll pipes.

Principle of the Two-Step Pipe Expander:
Feeding material, the winding engine drive the steel rope, pushing pipe, through the steel rope wheel, reciprocating working, feeding the raw steel pipe into the machine.
Installing the Medium Frequency power in the first part of the machine, put the medium frequency induction coil on the transfer rack, after having placed well of the expanding mould and raw steel pipe, start the water pump and medium frequency, adjust the medium frequency power, then we can start to heat the mould and raw pipe, after that start the pipe expanding machine, you can expand the tube.
