Instruction of OD610mm semi-auto beveling machine:
- Before starting the machine, inject lubricant oil to the part required lubricating. Manual control rotating pole and sliding plate.
- Check all run pieces well.
- Adjust clamp and floating cutter place as per the size you want to process.
- Adjust clamp and floating cutter place can use gasket.
- Change-over speed box we use automobile speed box, as per material diameter change to suitable speed.
- During working, if found semi-auto beveling machine vibrate, adjust sliding plate clamp piece.
After clamping well, press fast feed button, run to 5-10mm distance between cutter and material, then use manual wheel insert knife, after beveling the required size, press fast return button, download material.
