Instruction of Semi-auto Beveling Machine:
1.Before starting the machine, inject lubricant oil to the part required lubricating.
a.Manual control rotating pole
b.Sliding plate
2.Check all run pieces well
3.Adjust clamp and floating cutter place as per the size you want to process.
4.Adjust clamp and floating cutter place can use gasket.
5.Change-over speed box we use automobile speed box, as per material diameter change to suitable speed.
6.During working,if found Semi-auto beveling machine vibrate, adjust sliding plate clamp piece.
7.After clamping well, Press fast feed button, run to 5-10mm distance between cutter and material, then use manual wheel insert knife,after beveling the required size, press fast return button, download material.
